Questions Agency Owners Ask Before They Book
Straight answers on the map, the outreach, your time and the cost.
The Account Map
Ten named companies in your region, each with its signal, the source and date, a likely decision-maker and a suggested opening angle. We review it on the call and send your copy afterward.
Not from a public signal alone. The map gives you a reason to reach out. Outreach and screening confirm how they book today, whether they fit, and whether they’re interested.
Outreach and control
Yes, on LinkedIn, using wording you approve. You approve every company and message before outreach starts, and you can remove a company at any time.
No. The channel is LinkedIn outreach, backed by posts on your agency’s LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages. There’s no ad spend and no cold email.
For research support and first drafts. A person checks every message, and nothing goes out without your approval. We never use it to quote rates or interpret a client’s travel policy.
No. Keep both. This adds outreach to companies beyond the opportunities already coming to you.
Calls and results
A call with the decision-maker, or the person responsible for travel, at a company whose people travel for business. They meet your criteria and want to talk about how they book. We set those criteria together before launch.
No. We research, start conversations, screen interest and book calls. Your agency handles sales and delivery. We report every week and use the first 90 days to set a baseline.
We agree supported channels, response coverage and escalation before launch. We don’t promise replies within minutes or around-the-clock coverage.
Time, cost and getting started
Review the map and message batches within five business days, and hold two call windows a week. We agree the routine during onboarding.
One flat monthly fee with a 90-day minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. We explain the fee on the free call, before you decide.
Once the research and message wording are approved and account access is ready. Your first paid Account Map is ready for approval by day 10.
You do, even if you leave. Before launch, we agree where records are kept and how they’re handed over.
Yes, if your agency is equipped and ready to serve business travelers.
